All the metal is made of cold rolled steel that is 16 gauge steel or made from solid steel. We fully weld all joints (no spot welding). Our entire product is finished through a convey/hanging automated system. All pieces are then sent through an acid bath to be cleaned, and then in the powder coating machine which electro statically applies the powder paint. The product then goes through the oven for another bonding process. At the same time upholstered seats and backs are being manufactured. The iron product is then upholstered and wrapped thoroughly and boxed and then delivered to your home.
I was contrasting the treatment we got from Furniture From Home and this other company where we ordered a King size bed. Their "king size bed" didn't fit our King size mattress and they wouldn't accept returns or exchange it... Furniture From Home on the other handwill always get plugs from us.
