All the metal is made of cold rolled steel that is 16 gauge steel or made from solid steel. We fully weld all joints (no spot welding). Our entire product is finished through a convey/hanging automated system. All pieces are then sent through an acid bath to be cleaned, and then in the powder coating machine which electro statically applies the powder paint. The product then goes through the oven for another bonding process. At the same time upholstered seats and backs are being manufactured. The iron product is then upholstered and wrapped thoroughly and boxed.
The men showed up on time, were very courteous and efficient. It took two of them about 1.5 hours to assemble my bed and dresser. They took all their trash with them. They put the furniture exactly where I asked them to. The furniture arrived in excellent condition and is gorgeous. I am very happy with my whole experience from ordering through delivery. Thank you.
