In creating this romantic white-washed canopy bedroom collection, compromising on elegant style was not an option. The design of this bedroom collection may seem like it started with the awesome size and design of the bed, but in fact, it all started with the curvature of the nightstand and dresser. Those pieces are what set the tone for the entire collection. Our goal was to create something of prominence ... something that made a statement, no matter where the eye went. The S-factor, as we call it, is a bold element that the design team half expected to come back to them, not certain the wood could be manipulated into the configuration that it was originally drawn. To our surprise, the designs were accepted, and the results are simply stunning! The MVP of this collection -- the bed --does deserve some credit too! This bed is HUGE; the posts are massive... the headboard is sweeping... the feet are gigantic. (contact us if you would like us to do a free room plan for you) We pulled out all the stops when it came to following up the case pieces with a suitable bed, and it turned out GREAT! The only problem with this collection is the image! It is very difficult to show the size of the bed and collection. If we were to re-shoot this set, I think that it would have been better suited with A LOT more pillows, LARGER pillows, and a HUGE comforter with PLENTY of down feathers. Having said that, after you have purchased this bedroom collection, you will have the opportunity to adorn it as you please.

Can this bed be placed upstairs bedroom?

This says the bed is 106" wide can it be adjusted smaller in width.
