The Shag Underfoot in White is the shag rug that has been updated for today. This one is a 9 foot round version (not shown) that's simple, features dense thick pile that is stain and fade resistant, thanks to the 100% Solution dyed heat set polypropylene. These shag area rugs are also of a higher quality than the old days. They're machine made and imported from Saudi Arabia, where quality carpet making is a centuries old tradition. The rug yarns have a high pile and a hard twist to create the shag effect. The fringe is left off to keep the rugs up to date with current home styles.
