Do everybody a favor and don't buy this product unless you truly have a spacious bedroom... and most importantly easy access to it! The massive King Size headboard not only looks like a football field coming off the truck, it weighs what seems like a ton. I've personally delivered this bedroom suite for one of our designer clients to a dentist in Pasadena California who's beautiful 1950's built, classic Pasadena home was luckily going through a major rehab. Unfortunately for me and my helper, their master bedroom suite was up their grand winding staircase... with a section of it being just tall enough to barely get the massive headboard under. Finally after about a liter of sweat and some words of encouragement from our client, we wrangled the Eastern King bed into their bedroom. At that point the designer exclaimed, "It's a lot bigger than I thought..." - words that made me cringe, I was thinking, 'ma'am, I really don't have the will power to get this product back down!' I didn't have to stew in those thoughts long because she quickly followed up with: "I absolutely love it... and so will my client." I was just relieved enough to bounce back enough energy to start in on the dresser.... Ohh, the dresser. You don't realize how much weight that marble top adds until you are grunting, sweating bringing that thing up the stairs!
After the bedroom suite was successfully installed I took a few moments to enjoy the site of it in the designers completed master bedroom... It truly was gorgeous. At that moment the only thing that was more refreshing was the site of the home owners children running around and playing in the pool.
