Sales Tax
Furniture From Home does not bill sales tax for orders shipped outside of California. The customer is responsible for payment of sales tax where applicable. For orders shipped within California Furniture From Home will collect and pay CA sales tax for the consumer.

Not only do we give you shipping for free, more than 95% of our products are offered with FREE in home white glove delivery. White glove delivery means that your furniture is handled by professional and insured/bonded delivery men who bring the furniture into your home, set everything up for you and take away all of the trash. Plus, we have the lowest rate of damage online because your order is actually inspected by our delivery team prior to delivery.

With hundreds of shipments every month, our return rate is so nominal we offer you the following promise: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days of your receipt of the order, we will accept your return. Simply contact us and request a return authorization. Returns will be subject to our return policy.

Upon delivery of your new furniture our delivery team will again inspect the furniture for damage. If damage is found and noted on our delivery receipt, Furniture From Home will send out a furniture medic or have a replacement part sent immediately. Furniture From Home reserves the right to replace or fix problem orders. Returns due to damage are subject to our terms and conditions.
