At Furniture From Home, shipping matters. Whereas most online stores will sell a product and ship it via roadside carrier, 95% of our products are shipped and installed right in your home by trained, bonded, professional movers. The service goes beyond the customary white glove service offered at other online stores, because we have our own in-house logistics staff. The benefits of an in-house logistics department include: (1) greater flexibility with delivery time frames, (2) more Saturday deliveries and (3) easier communication. Rather than going through multiple parties to track shipments and set-up special delivery arrangements, our logistics staff you talks to the source directly. All in all, Furniture From Home was founded with the concept of providing superior service.
