I was contrasting the treatment we got from Furniture From Home and this other company where we ordered a King size bed. The other companies “king size bed” didn’t fit our King size mattress and they wouldn’t accept returns or exchange it… Furniture From Home on the other hand has a fair return policy (though we kept their furniture) and will always get plugs from us. I am the type of person who would only make a purchase (especially for something as big as this) only after seeing it. I have never done this before; this is the first time I took such a risk and went for it. I LOVE THIS SET: The bed, night tables, dresser w/mirror, and chest! This was an absolute steal! I pride myself on being very meticulous and I have to say that I am, very impressed with this set. It has bit of an old world/Victorian feel, yet not too dated–it is elegant and classy. Having this set makes me feel like a princess. BTW: You men would love this piece too. The service was excellent–both over the phone and with the delivery. The staff was very attentive and had great follow up–I really can’t complain. They were also good at coming up with other suggestions. I even got a couple of friends and relatives checking out this site. I am on my search again for living room pieces this time and will soon order. I just want to take the time and tell you how happy I am with my purchases. I ordered the item #832 Black Cherry Hardwood Bedroom and it’s goes beyond my expectation! It’s absolutely gorgeous! The carved details of the dresser and heardboard are beautiful. It’s solid hardwood construction and is heirloom quality! I definitely recommend this set and FurnitureFromHome.com to my friends and family for furniture… I would also like to mention the delivery company they did a great job coordinating the delivery of the furniture and the two delivery men who brought it up 3 flights of stairs and assembled my bedroom and dining set were EXECPTIONAL!
