Just a note to you, I wanted to let you know how happy I am to deal with you, your items are terrific, also I love the care and concern that the freight company has shown. Oh my goodness Barb.... I am so glad you called.... I am so happy, you have no idea how pleased I am with your company!!! You guys are wonderful, I love my sofa.... love it love it. It is perfect!! And the delivery guy was so professional and clean and he even took all the trash out!!! I am so happy, I can't wait for my husband to get back from Afghanistan he is going to love it too. Your response has “blown my socks off” … please send this on to your supervisor, (I mean it). It has been some years since I have had this level of a professional response from a sales person concerning a situation and in writing no less. Your company is most fortunate to have you in its employ, you have in fact changed my mind concerning the purchase. They took out all the old bed frame, assembled the new bed frame, and were very neat. All told, I think they were in and out in less than an hour. I will mention furniturefromhome.com to anyone shopping for furniture. It works!
