Oh my goodness Barb.... I am so glad you called.... I am so happy, you have no idea how pleased I am with your company!!! You guys are wonderful, I love my sofa.... love it love it. It is perfect!! And the delivery guy was so professional and clean and he even took all the trash out!!! I am so happy, I can't wait for my husband to get back from Afghanistan he is going to love it too. I just can't wait to order again.......

Not only is the ivory sectional gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but every phase of the purchase process - from the customer service to the delivery, set up and even getting a call from you to make sure I was happy only hours following my delivery, - well it's rare to find that level of service in today's world. Thanks again for the beautiful product and all you did to make sure I had the sectional in less than two weeks. Incredible! Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. Thank you so much for setting such high standards for your employees and the care they take in their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
