It has been some years since I have had this level of a professional response from a sales person concerning a situation and in writing no less. I was contrasting the treatment we got from Furniture From Home and this other company where we ordered a King size bed. Their "king size bed" didn't fit our King size mattress and they wouldn't accept returns or exchange it... Furniture From Home on the other handwill always get plugs from us.
