They took out all the old bed frame, assembled the new bed frame, and were very neat. All told, I think they were in and out in less than an hour. I will mention furniturefromhome.com to anyone shopping for furniture. It works!

Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. Thank you so much for setting such high standards for your employees and the care they take in their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
