Not only is the ivory sectional gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but every phase of the purchase process - from the customer service to the delivery, set up and even getting a call from you to make sure I was happy only hours following my delivery, - well it's rare to find that level of service in today's world. Your response has “blown my socks off” … please send this on to your supervisor, (I mean it). It has been some years since I have had this level of a professional response from a sales person concerning a situation and in writing no less. Your company is most fortunate to have you in its employ, you have in fact changed my mind concerning the purchase.
