I was contrasting the treatment we got from Furniture From Home and this other company where we ordered a King size bed. Their "king size bed" didn't fit our King size mattress and they wouldn't accept returns or exchange it... Furniture From Home on the other handwill always get plugs from us. The men showed up on time, were very courteous and efficient. It took two of them about 1.5 hours to assemble my bed and dresser. They took all their trash with them. They put the furniture exactly where I asked them to. The furniture arrived in excellent condition and is gorgeous. I am very happy with my whole experience from ordering through delivery. Thank you.
