I just wanted to thank the entire team at Furniture from Home. I am often wary of internet purchases, particularly when I can’t see and touch the often substantial investment I’m making in my home, in these challenging financial times, every expenditure must be cautiously considered. My experience exceeded expectation in every way, from first class customer service, timely shipping, and then, to crown the entire adventure, using my new dining room set in my home. The fit and finish, overall quality of construction, luster of the finish, comfort, and virtually every detail was simply perfect, and my standards for such purchases are unusually high. My fiancee simply couldn’t believe this was something I had ordered online. We will definitely be back, I only wish I hadn’t bought a single piece from a traditional overpriced showroom. Not only is the ivory sectional gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but every phase of the purchase process - from the customer service to the delivery, set up and even getting a call from you to make sure I was happy only hours following my delivery, - well it's rare to find that level of service in today's world. Thanks again for the beautiful product and all you did to make sure I had the sectional in less than two weeks. Incredible!
