Just a note to you, I wanted to let you know how happy I am to deal with you, your items are terrific, also I love the care and concern that the freight company has shown. Your response has “blown my socks off” … please send this on to your supervisor, (I mean it). It has been some years since I have had this level of a professional response from a sales person concerning a situation and in writing no less. Your company is most fortunate to have you in its employ, you have in fact changed my mind concerning the purchase. Let’s hope the desk in question is still available on Tuesday, if not I will continue to scan Furniture From Home’s inventory selections.
