Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. Thank you so much for setting such high standards for your employees and the care they take in their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I just wanted to thank the entire team at Furniture from Home. I am often wary of internet purchases, particularly when I can’t see and touch the often substantial investment I’m making in my home, in these challenging financial times, every expenditure must be cautiously considered. My experience exceeded expectation in every way, from first class customer service, timely shipping, and then, to crown the entire adventure, using my new dining room set in my home. The fit and finish, overall quality of construction, luster of the finish, comfort, and virtually every detail was simply perfect, and my standards for such purchases are unusually high. My fiancee simply couldn’t believe this was something I had ordered online. We will definitely be back, I only wish I hadn’t bought a single piece from a traditional overpriced showroom.
