Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. I was contrasting the treatment we got from Furniture From Home and this other company where we ordered a King size bed. Their "king size bed" didn't fit our King size mattress and they wouldn't accept returns or exchange it... Furniture From Home on the other handwill always get plugs from us.
