Just a note to you, I wanted to let you know how happy I am to deal with you, your items are terrific, also I love the care and concern that the freight company has shown. Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. Thank you so much for setting such high standards for your employees and the care they take in their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
