Not only is the ivory sectional gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but every phase of the purchase process - from the customer service to the delivery, set up and even getting a call from you to make sure I was happy only hours following my delivery, - well it's rare to find that level of service in today's world. Thanks again for the beautiful product and all you did to make sure I had the sectional in less than two weeks. Incredible! Hi Marlene. I just wanted to tell you that I received my chairs today and they are absolutely beautiful! I was very nervous ordering over the internet due to color variations, etc. The wood is a bit darker than what showed on my computer, but the detail is stunning. The chairs are very comfortable as well. The delivery men were very courteous and set the chairs exactly where I wanted them. Thank you again for all of your assistance!
