Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed doing business with Furniture From Home. Not only is the ivory sectional gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, but every phase of the purchase process - from the customer service to the delivery, set up and even getting a call from you to make sure I was happy only hours following my delivery, - well it's rare to find that level of service in today's world. Thanks again for the beautiful product and all you did to make sure I had the sectional in less than two weeks. Incredible! I will definitely think about Furniture From Home if I ever have any other furniture needs and will make sure to spread the word about my positive experience AND about your company.

Your delivery team was an excellent example of quick, courteous, efficient service by people who take pride in their work and enjoy working for your company. James Lewis, the driver, and Cornell Marian, the helper, were quite personable, worked every minute, communicated clearly with me about the why's and how's I asked, and were just generally nice to have in our home. There was no need to offer to vacuum because the room was completely spotless before they arrived and when they left! What a relief to have my furniture arrive so carefully wrapped and flawless, then put into place so beautifully. Thank you so much for setting such high standards for your employees and the care they take in their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Your response has “blown my socks off” … please send this on to your supervisor, (I mean it). It has been some years since I have had this level of a professional response from a sales person concerning a situation and in writing no less. Your company is most fortunate to have you in its employ, you have in fact changed my mind concerning the purchase. Let’s hope the desk in question is still available on Tuesday, if not I will continue to scan Furniture From Home’s inventory selections.
