I am often wary of internet purchases, particularly when I can’t see and touch the often substantial investment I’m making in my home, in these challenging financial times, every expenditure must be cautiously considered. My experience exceeded expectation in every way, from first class customer service, timely shipping, and then, to crown the entire adventure, using my new dining room set in my home. The fit and finish, overall quality of construction, luster of the finish, comfort, and virtually every detail was simply perfect, and my standards for such purchases are unusually high. My fiancee simply couldn’t believe this was something I had ordered online. We will definitely be back, I only wish I hadn’t bought a single piece from a traditional overpriced showroom.
